Resetting your password
You can reset your Hub password yourself from the login screen. You'll get a link by email, set a new password, and sign straight back in.
Step 1 — Ask for a reset link
- On the Hub login screen, click the forgot-password link.
- On Forgot your password?, enter the email address you use to sign in to Hub.
- Click Get a reset link.
Note: Use the email address your Hub account is registered under. If you enter a different one, no email arrives — and for security you won't be told which it was.
Step 2 — Open the link in your email
We send a password reset link to that address. Open the email and click the link, which takes you to the page where you set a new password.
If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Step 3 — Set your new password
- Type your new password under Enter a new password.
- Type it again under Confirm your password.
- Click Confirm.
Your password must:
- be at least 8 characters;
- be no more than 16 characters;
- contain no spaces;
- match in both fields.
Once confirmed, sign in with your new password.
Frequently asked questions
My reset link doesn't work any more.
Reset links expire for security. You'll see “This reset link is no longer valid” — click Request password reset link on that screen to get a fresh one.
The email never arrived.
Check your spam folder, and check you used the address your account is registered under. If you're not sure which address that is, ask an admin on your account, or raise a ticket.
My password keeps being rejected.
It's usually the length or a space. It has to be between 8 and 16 characters with no spaces — so a long passphrase will be refused. Retyping rather than pasting also avoids a trailing space slipping in.
Do I need a number or a special character?
No. Only the length, no-spaces and matching rules above apply. You can still use numbers and symbols, and a mix makes for a stronger password.
Can I change my password while signed in?
Use the same forgot-password flow from the login screen. It works whether or not you remember your current password.
Will resetting my password affect my colleagues?
No. Each user has their own login, so resetting yours only affects you.
I've lost access to the registered email address.
Raise a ticket, or ask an admin on your account to help. We can't send a reset link to an address that isn't on the account.
