How to update inventory for your experience in bulk

Want to open or close slots for a specific date range or for a longer duration in one go? Simple! All you have to do is start using our bulk update feature. Changes made using this tool are reflected immediately to our mutual customers, giving you more time and flexibility!

Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Log in to Hub

Log in to your Hub Account using your credentials.

Step 2: Click on Manage Inventory & Pricing

View the available experiences on your Experiences home page on Hub.

Then click on the Manage Inventory & Pricing button for the product you wish to open or close slots.

Step 3: Select the date range

Choose the date range for which you would like to have slots opened or closed. (E.g. January 26, 2023 to February 28, 2023)

Step 4: Make the required changes for the selected period

Under the Inventory tab, click on the date box. This selects all time slots and dates within the date range.

Then click on the Manage button to either open, close, or manage inventory (mentioning the number of tickets available if not unlimited per pax type) to make necessary changes.

Step 5: Review and Save Bulk Update Changes

Once all your changes are made, click on the Review Changes button

Step 6: Submit the reviewed changes

Click on the Confirm and Save button to have the changes reflected on our system instantly.
