Managing schedules in Hub
Managing schedules is key to keeping your offerings on Headout current and ensuring smooth operations. Schedules typically include:
- Dates and times your experience is available.
- Pricing and inventory details.
- Special promotions and closures.
Depending on your account setup, you can manage schedules directly in Hub or request changes.
Can you manage schedules in Hub?
To determine if you can manage schedules yourself:
- Check the navigation menu: Look at the left-hand side of your Hub screen.
- Find the Schedules option: If it's available, you can manage schedules directly in Hub.
If the Schedules option is missing, you’ll need to submit a request.
How to Raise a Request:
- Access the Help Center: Click the Help button located in Hub's navigation menu on the left-hand side to open the Help Center.
- Locate the "Submit a Request" Button: In the Help Center, find and click the "Submit a Request" button.

Fill in the Details: Provide the following information in your request:
- The name of the experience.
- The specific updates needed (e.g., schedule changes, price adjustments, closures).
- Submit Your Request: Once submitted, our team will review and process your request within 2-3 business days.
Overview of schedule management
When the Schedules option is available, you can:
- Add new schedules: Keep your offerings up-to-date by creating schedules for new dates.
- Extend expiring schedules: Renew schedules easily with the “Extend Now” option for expiring schedules.
- Add promotions: Set up promotional schedules for peak times or special events.
- Add closures: Temporarily block dates for holidays, maintenance, or other reasons.
- Edit schedules, pricing, or inventory: Update any details as needed.
- View all schedules at a glance: The dashboard provides a clear summary of your schedules.
- Make bulk changes: Quickly disable or delete multiple schedules in one step.
Steps to Manage Schedules
1. Locate the schedules option
- Open Hub (if this article is in a new tab, switch back to your Hub window).
- Find the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Look for the Schedules option.
2. Open schedules
- Click on Schedules in the navigation menu.
- Ensure your experiences have at least one active schedule to proceed.
3. Edit or update schedules
- Click the pencil icon next to an active schedule to make changes.
- Use the dedicated tabs for specific updates like pricing or inventory adjustments.
4. Submit changes
- Updates like schedule adjustments, pricing changes, or inventory edits will be reviewed and applied within 2-3 business days.
- Closures are applied immediately without any wait time.
5. Extend expiring schedules
- For schedules expiring within 60 days, an “Expiring Soon” label will appear.
- Click Extend Now to renew them instantly.
If you don’t see the "Schedules" option
If the Schedules option isn’t visible in your navigation menu:
Submit a ticket:
- Visit the Help Center.

Include the following details in your request:
- Experience name.
- Updates needed (e.g., schedule changes, price adjustments, closures).
Wait for approval:
- Our team will review your request and make the updates.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the changes are completed.
