Meeting point information is critical for our mutual guests to have a successful and pleasant experience. The details have to be specific to ensure the guests arrive at the right time at the right place.
We understand that meeting point addresses may be subject to change because of operational requirements. You can easily change the address for any given experience by raising a ticket with us.
Our team will then work to update the right meeting point for the requested experience.
Here's how you can get it done:
Step 1: Log in to Hub
Log in to your Hub Account using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Help Center
Click on the icon at the bottom left of your screen.
Step 3: Click on Submit a request
It is located at the top right corner of the Help Center.
Step 4: Select the relevant category
"Manage Experience" from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Select the issue
Please select "Change meeting point".
Step 6: Fill in the remaining fields with relevant information
Please make sure to give the exact location along with the coordinates of the place.
How to get the coordinates of a given place?
Step 1: Open Google Maps and search for the location, for example: Vaishnavi Tech Park
Step 2: Right-click on the red marker icon
Step 3: After clicking the red marker, you will get the coordinates of the exact spot. Click on those coordinates, and it will be automatically copied to your clipboard.
That's how you can easily get the exact coordinates of any given location!

It is important to add the relevant identifiers in the redemption instruction (to help our customer easily identify the venue)
Note: If there are customers who have already booked a ticket for the meeting point before this change, we will notify the customer about the meeting point change and share relevant details with them.
Once you click on "Submit", the concerned team will be notified of the request and we will get back to you shortly with an update for the same!
