Rate cards are extremely important for our team to update the right prices for your experiences. Our system is robust enough to handle price changes for a specific season or even for a specific day. All you have to do is update us with your latest rate card. Our backend team will ensure the right prices are shown to our mutual customers.
Here's how you can get it done:
Step 1: Log in to Hub
Log in to your Hub Account using your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Help Center
Click on the icon at the bottom left of your screen.
Step 3: Click on "Submit a Request"
It is located at the top right corner of the Help Center.
Step 4: Select the relevant category
"Manage Experience" from the drop-down menu
Step 5: Select the issue
Under Manage Experience, please select 'Update seasonal rate card'.
Step 6: Fill in the remaining fields with relevant information.
You can either enter the link to an excel sheet in the given field, 'Upload a pdf or an excel sheet of your rate card for the season' or use the attachment section at the bottom of the form to upload your file.
Once you submit, the information is shared with the concerned team and you can track the status of your tickets accordingly.
