If you need to change the pricing for a longer period you can do so easily using Hub. These price changes are applied on the selected days of the experience.
You can change prices in bulk for products that are not on API. If you are connected through an API with Headout, you can raise a ticket with us.
Here's how you can get it done:
Step 1: Log in to Hub
Log in to your Hub Account using your credentials.
Step 2: Click on Manage Inventory & Pricing
View the available experiences on your Experiences home page on Hub. Click on the Manage Inventory & Pricing button for the product you wish to open or close slots.
Step 3: Select the date range
Choose the date range for which you would like to have slots opened or closed. (E.g.: January 26, 2023 to February 28, 2023)
Step 4: Make the required changes for the selected period
Under the ‘Pricing’ tab, click on the date box. This selects all time slots and dates within the date range.
Click on the ‘Update Pricing’ button to change the pricing for General, Adult, Child (as applicable for you) to make necessary changes and click on review changes.
Step 5: Confirm and save changes
Click on the ‘Confirm and Save’ button to have the changes reflected on our system instantly.
